Sections: Rated (USCF membership required, can be purchased at the tournament), and Unrated. Casual players and beginners are encouraged to play in the Unrated section.
Entry Fees: Adult (either section)- $25, Student (K-college, either section)- $15
Registration: Begins at 9:00 AM, late registration available. A half point bye will be given for round one.
Rounds and Time Control
Rated: 4 rounds, Game/60 min +5 sec delay, swiss pairings, Round Times: 10:00, 12:30 or half an hour after completion of round 1, 2:45, 5:00. Rounds 3 and 4 may start early if possible! Notation Required.
Unrated: 5 rounds, Game/30 min +5 sec delay, swiss pairings, Round Times: 10:00, 11:15, 1:00 or half an hour after completion of round 2, 2:15, 3:30.
Please bring your own boards and clocks. Exact Prizes TBD based on number of entrants. Cash and/or trophies for both sections.

Prizes: Prizes are based on entries. The past couple of years, top prize has been trophies and $250 with $150 for runner-up and $100 for top of each class A, B, C, (Top D, E & Unrated), Top Under 1000.
